However, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so or a no-show will result in a charge to the credit card on file.

3. Late Arrival: I recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. In the event of a late arrival, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, please note that your treatment may be short ended to avoid inconveniencing the next scheduled client.

4. Secure Information Handling: I take security and privacy of your personal information seriously. Rest assured that your credit card details will be stored securely in compliance with industry standards and will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy.
